As environmental consultants specialising in the investigation and remediation of contaminated land, Carpenter and Lowe Limited have worked for many of the UK's leading developers and local authorites, carrying out site investigations and monitoring successful site remediations. 

The company was formed in 1989 by the manager and members of the Land Pollution Group of the Scientific Branch of the Greater London Council.  Hence, within the company there is over 30 years experience of dealing with the issues relating to contaminated land dating back to the late 1960's.

Because of our background, the staff at Carpenter and Lowe Limited understand the problems faced by developers and local authorities and the additional responsibilities placed on them by the new regime to deal with contaminated land.
